Hake Residence by Built4ever Hake Residence by Built4ever
I designed this "doll house" style residence for a client in Georgia, U.S. She wanted a green roof, yellow siding, a large front porch, and a traditional symmetrical design with everything on the first floor and a full size basement. Front porch overlooks nice view. Finished a few years ago and client is very happy with it.

It's a sun room with lots of windows, so you can sit in a sunny place on colder days. This specific client wanted one.

Good question. It's called a sun room, and it typically has mostly windows around it, so you can get some sunshine in the winter, maybe read a book. Somtimes a breakfast nook functions the same way, lots of windows for morning sunshine. Client wanted that room.
