YESSSSSSS-S! Another house design! :D
And blimey, is it comfy :) Or at least, that's how it looks. Enough room to move around and just as much to just be lazy (what are homes for, after all?) I think I love the study best, and I don't even have the faintest idea why. Maybe because of the uberly gorgeous bay window you added to it. I sure know that if I had such a study, I would be very happy indeed to spend my time in it.

And is that tiny door there (visible only in the elevation) the entrance to the torture chambers basement? I LOVE HOUSES WITH THEIR OWN BASEMENT! You can use that underground layer for so many awesome things :meow: Personally, I know I would add in a wine cellar in there, or maybe a photography studio (to go with the pickles ;P ). Blame my m,ore romantic side if you wish, but I can't stop dreaming about these things...

Also, may I fandom a guess where the second floor bedrooms will be? :meow: I'm guessing, over the master bathroom and living + eating away from the dining, with bathrooms over... study maybe?

Ether way - brilliant design!

The roof create special challenges for rooms on second floor. I have to draw a cross section through the main roof and through the roof over the master bedroom. Do I try a partial cathedral ceiling somewhere below? Space over study is small for a bedroom. Should study get a cathedral ceiling of some kind? Space over master closet and bath is no good either for a bedroom...we will see...
