House 327 B by Built4ever House 327 B by Built4ever
Latest edition of House 327. This version features the elaborate wall/cross section drawings. Note: File updated on Dec 15, 2014.

Technique: All drawings done completely by hand. Floor plans drawn in scale 1/16"=one foot. Cross sections drawn in scale 1/8"= one foot.
Perspective portrait composed and drawn by hand, no help from computer models or other gimmicks. All drawings scanned, cleaned up, assembled, and labeled with simple software. This page would be divided into two page for a book, top and bottom, across from each other. Yes, I AM planning a book.

If you would like to use this as a basis for your own custom home design, or you are a builder, this plan and others like it are for sale and can be modified for your needs. Contact me at beauregard.francois@yahoo.com for pricing and info.

Yes, it's typical of a town lot, either from older neighborhoods here or as part of new developments called TND's, or traditional neighborhood designs, as pioneered by Duany/Plater-Zyberk (design firm.) Purpose is to create density and allow most people to easily walk to a town center, so I'm drawing a whole block (14 houses maybe?) all on narrow lots. My "estate lots" are the wide ones (see House #334 for example.) I'm working on one right now for a builder very near by that is 50' wide by 100' deep, front garage access.

I likes... I likes very much
Wide stairway, living dining and kitchen easily accessible from the entrance without having to fear you'll be bothering dad when he wants to lie down on the sofa ... and bedroom is one I'd kill ho have as my own! Oh, how I'd love to go plant some rose bushes in that back garden and watch them bloom every late summer :D And enough room upstairs for the brothers not to kill each other over who's spot is that or that. And ONE HUGE ATTIC! :D

Out of all your work, I do believe this one to be my favorite. I can just picture how the rooms would look in real life. :worship:
