House 332 Plan by Built4ever House 332 Plan by Built4ever
Floor plan, site plan, and front elevation for a larger luxury estate home based on English/Tudor/Cottage aesthetics with steeply-pitched roofs, asymmetric, informal composition, with varying roof eave lines on second and third floors. Unique floor plan situates master ste up front to left and allows the principal living and entertainment areas to enjoy a spectacular view from the right rear corner. Second floor would include at least three bedrooms and baths, with provisions for an additional bedroom or flex space on the third level. Also possible to have a substantial walk-out basement. Garage could easily be re-planned up front on left forming a motor court.

Based in Greenville, South Carolina, but I work in all 50 states and abroad.

Front elevation and floor plan drawn in pencil in scale 1/16th inch=one foot. Roughly 15 hours draw time. Additional floors to be designed.

Not finished yet! I have to do cross sections and draw the second and third floor plans. Big house. I was just analyzing it this morning for possible changes before I continue.

You can stuff three of my little ranch into just one floor of this one :-). If it was on a big enough lot that I could put a wood shop in I would definitely think about taking this one. Very nice lay out on the first floor. Can't wait to see the other floors.

Thanks. I'm still pondering cathedral ceiling placements, possibly over front entry and great room, which will affect second floor layout. This one's a monster so there's plenty of space to play...
