Description
House 404 recently completed in Chicago area, beautiful job by the builder. House design influenced by late 19th century brownstones in America. Three bedroom home, master ste over rear of house, two bedrooms to front, each with their own bath. Compact square footage.
3D Model by me shows first floor and sec floor interior layouts, open floor plan with study, nice dining nook to rear in the angle bay window.

Interesting design.
I have some questions though and please don't take this as criticism, this is me being curiious about the reasoning during the design:
Where's the laundry?
Why would someone want their living room to be between the kitchen and dining room?
Why does every bedroom have windows on two different axis? To maximize sunlight? Couldn't that have been done without sacrificing wall space with taller windows?
