Well, there was a little interest in another craftsman bungalow, so here's a single story one, sketched in small scale 1/16"=1', some exterior details bigger scale, master suite in back, un-attached garage, suitable for a very narrow city lot. Drawn by hand in pencil.

Oh yeah, I love Indy. Great city, especially Broad-Ripple area and downtown. I didn't actually visit that church though...

Exactly what this was drawn for, but what we call seniors extends to 50 plus yr-olds, overweight people, etc. Very big market right now in U.S. for simple, not too big one story house on small lot with minimal outdoor maintenance. Of course, retired people are all bored to tears, so why do they get rid of outdoor landscaping maintenance and gardening when they have so much time? Fact: many older people crash on stairs, break a hip, and that leads to health problems that can easily kill them.

I see you are in UK, and there is no house style like this fer sure. Craftsman bungalow is very American, classic style. You can find dozens in every American city, usually about 90-100 years old.

i like specific cultural attributes, makes it much more special. in England here it snowed, had to shovel the snow about our home we could walk firmly lol
