These sketches were done "on the street" in 1997, so they are pretty old. I arranged them on a sheet with a quick description of Savannah Georgia, a quirky decadent old city on the coast of Georgia, not terribly prosperous, but filled with mischief and history. It's chocked full of beautiful old buildings, well-preserved and otherwise. The two sketches to the left are done in pencil, the one to the right is a watercolor. I toned the top one on the left to a reddish terracotta, which is exactly what that house is, red brick and terracotta details and moldings. (possibly carved brownstone, I don't remember exactly.) I actually sat in the street with a drawing board and sketched these! I did a lot of that back then and recommend it to anyone. Nobody will bother you! They might even invite you inside the house you are drawing to see the inside. That's happened to me a lot! Enjoy!
