A streetscape of four original designs for small homes defined as "cottage style," very small and cozy (maybe less than 2000 square feet,), with width slightly more than the depth (on the floor plan,) no attached garage, smaller rooms, but wide open floor plan to keep it feeling spacious, small master suite upstairs with very minimal additional sleeping quarters, perhaps a small sleeping loft, on a lot that is perhaps 70 feet wide, with multi-colored barrel tile roofs and liberal use of heavy timber framing inside. Very suitable for a retired couple, a couple with no children, or a single person such as a bachelor or bachelorette.
