Fourteen original designs for houses arranged on a slightly sloping street, roughly 20 feet of front lawn and a sidewalk, narrow lots, maybe about 50 feet wide, garages in back with alley access, all first floor plans and other details already designed (see my portfolio for each house, some houses reversed.) Styles are generally English Tudor and cottage styles mixed with some American craftsman bungalows, all two or three story houses with informal floor plans suitable for family living, around 1800-2800 square feet each. I may be doing a better version of this theme with full landscaping and trees, keep watching. Note: File updated, all houses have sloping lot now and a few details fixed up. Note: File updated, added several houses, including the two tall ones at either end, which "anchor" the corners of the block with houses that have L-shaped porches. Each one has a 3-story tower also. Block length is about 750 feet, assuming an average property size (building lot) of 50 to 55 feet.

I'd love to see this in watercolor :D

A few of those exist as watercolors, but what I will do is watercolor a separate elevation sketch for each house and then assemble the whole thing. It's getting very complex and involved now as one huge drawing. I still have to add landscaping. Maybe dogs, cats, and people.

They all look good. Tell me where this street is and I will move in to the 4th one from the right :-). Have looked at a few of them in detail and you do some amazing designs. Tudor is by far my favorite style with colonial/plantation a close second.

That street is in "Franville" which exists in my mind and on paper, but I will put my best effort into getting it built as I drew it. I have a sheet of plantation/southern estate homes with 4 elevations on it in the architectural design collection, no complete designs yet.
