I have the fantasy that if I owned an extensive estate, my staff and I would run it like an amusement park and my actual living space would be a really nice garden shed.

Good move, You'll get peace and quiet and get to live next to the beautiful gardens. I'll install a small HVAC system and a cot.

I'll mount the pool's solar heating panels on the roof.  While heating the pool water, it will chill my roof and if you keep the roof cool, the whole house stays cool.

Hammock.

Looks awesome! If I'll live in this house, I'll bring my entire family and friends! That'd be wonderful and happy! :)

Get lost in the house? Why not? All successful "most expensive houses in the world" mandate that occupants get lost in their own house every day.

This is really amazing, epic in scale and design. I love the visuals you come up with, and your design aesthetic. Since you have it labeled as the world's most expensive house, any idea what it might run to construct?

Actually, I don't think it would beat one billion, the high price so far for that terrible thing in India. Good news: maybe it's only $500 million!! Impossible to budget such a thing.

Your sketches are stunning, and you've really inspired me to learn a little basic architecture so I can try some humble imitations of your floorplan + building sketches. I love the mountains in the back, and the fountain in front there ^-^

We have mountains in the back of us here, and all premium residences are mountain/lake combos, so that's really what I do. Too far from the ocean! Flat land is boring...

Love it only thing you need to make sure you hire a really good roofer for this job!

You have no idea. Very dangerous work too. They dangle from harnesses. I wouldn't do it!

If I had to do this job. I would have the roof build in sections on the ground. Preferably made of one piece formed metal sheets so that the roof would not leak. The harness issue as long as you know what your doing and have the harness connected correctly your safer then standing on the ground.

This roof would be slate or ceramic tile. Roof trusses and structure might be hoisted by crane however. Metal roofs are usually smaller details on my stuff, or complicated curved roof segments.

True I like those kind of roofs as well. Lots of different ways to put on roofs as well. Keep up the good work.

Currently, the most expensive home being built (or is built) is a personal skyscraper in India. It's only rupees.
